Norris: No F1 Career Past 40

2025 Formula 1 champion Lando Norris has firmly ruled out extending his motorsport career into his 40s, stating he has no desire to follow in Fernando Alonso's footsteps. The decision comes as Alonso confirmed he will continue with Aston Martin in 2027, extending his time in the sport.

Alonso's contract extension, announced ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend in Malaysia, will keep the two-time world champion in Formula 1 beyond what many drivers consider typical retirement age. tbzikra.com
