Bengals' Iosivas to IR with torn thumb ligament

Cincinnati Bengals receiver Andrei Iosivas will miss multiple weeks after being placed on injured reserve with a torn ligament in his thumb requiring surgery.

Head coach Zac Taylor confirmed that Iosivas underwent surgery on Wednesday morning and will be sidelined for the IR window "plus maybe a little bit more." The fourth-year receiver started each of the Bengals' first two games and played 57 percent of the offensive snaps.

Iosivas has 3 receptions for 19 yards this season. In his 52 career games with 20 starts, he has accumulated 87 receptions for 1,049 yards with 12 touchdowns. catcrossgame.com
