Dubois Unifies Lightweight Titles with Bloodied Harper

Caroline Dubois outpointed a bloodied Terri Harper in London to become the unified lightweight world champion, winning 98-91, 97-92, 98-91.

Dubois floored Harper with a jab and left hook in the sixth round, then dominated the rest of the fight. The judges scored 98-91, 97-92, 98-91 in Dubois’ favor, adding Harper’s WBO belt to her WBC title.

The bout, held at Olympia in London, marked the first UK show by Most Valuable Promotions and saw Dubois extend her record to 13-1. Harper, a three‑weight champion, finished with 16-3-2 after a cut from a head clash in the eighth.
