Giants QB Dart's Knee Injury Worse, Season In Doubt

Jaxson Dart's knee injury suffered during Monday night's loss to the Rams is more severe than initially thought, according to NFL Network. The injury, which occurred on the opening drive after an incomplete pass, has sidelined the rookie quarterback with an extended recovery period. turconews.click

Backup Jameis Winston took over for Dart and played the remainder of the game. The Giants face the Titans and Cardinals in their next two matchups, with several more games before their Week 8 bye. Despite the setback, analyst Colin Cowherd suggests New York should stick with Winston rather than make drastic quarterback changes.
