Haiti and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have secured spots in the 2026 World Cup, ending 52‑year absences from the tournament.

Haiti qualified for the 2026 World Cup by winning a CONCACAF berth, while the Democratic Republic of the Congo advanced through a play‑in match against Jamaica. Both nations return to the tournament for the first time since 1974, when DR Congo competed as Zaire.
