Penn State Falls 3-1 to Minnesota Duluth, McKenna's Season Ends

Penn State fell 3-1 to Minnesota Duluth in the NCAA tournament, ending freshman Gavin McKenna’s season.

The Nittany Lions opened the scoring with a goal from Shea Van Olm, but Max Plante tied it before intermission. Minnesota Duluth pulled ahead late in the third when Hunter Anderson scored, and Ty Hanson sealed the win with an empty‑net goal.
