Rayo Vallecano has chosen Burgos CF's stadium as an alternative venue for their La Liga opener if they cannot play at home due to stadium issues.

El Rayo Vallecano has selected El Plantío, the stadium of Segunda division club Burgos CF, as their alternative home venue for the upcoming season opener against Alavés on August 20. This decision comes amid ongoing conflicts with the Community of Madrid regarding the poor state of their home stadium at Vallecas.
