The United States men's national team fell 5-2 to Belgium in a pre-World Cup friendly at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, surrendering four unanswered goals after taking an early lead.

USA midfielder Weston McKennie put the Americans ahead in the 39th minute with a redirect from Antonee Robinson's corner kick. Belgium responded with four straight goals before the Americans scored a late consolation through substitute Patrick Agyemang.
