Vikings mourn Pro Bowler Browner's death

Joey Browner, a six-time NFL Pro Bowler and member of the Vikings Ring of Honor, died on March 28 according to a team announcement. The 65-year-old safety was also a 4-time First Team All-Pro and was named to the NFL 1980s All-Decade Team.

Browner played the first nine of his 10 NFL seasons with the Vikings before ending his career in 1992 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was also part of the 50 Greatest Vikings announced in 2010.
